Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If local law requires parental consent, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Subtick to break the law, attack networks, distribute malware, evade game publisher rules, harass others, or infringe intellectual property. We may suspend abusive workloads to protect customers and infrastructure.

Service and billing

Published checkout terms control price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility. Availability and performance are not guaranteed until a separately published service-level agreement applies.
